The pretty south facing garden is fully enclosed and "dog-proof" to all but the most determined dogs. There is a seating area for the table and four chairs with a parasol to eat al-fresco in the warmer summer months. We also have a gas barbeque that you may borrow. There is also a shady bench to sit on and watch the pond. In the spring the cottage garden is bursting with flowers.

The small pond contains a whole host of wildlife including frogs, pond skaters and water boatmen. (See the wildlife page for more info.) If you have dogs or small children, do not worry, we can cover the pond in rigid wire mesh which is strong enough to prevent anyone from falling in.

The garden contains a lockable shed that can be used to store all your bulky items such as mountain bikes or pushchairs etc.
